We collect what we need to pick clothes for you and to run a subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Account details — your email address and login credentials, held by our authentication provider, not by us.
Your style profile — sizes, budget, category preferences and your answers to the onboarding questions. This is the whole basis of what you get shown.
What you do with a drop — which pieces you like, dismiss or save, and what is in your closet. We use this to make next month better.
Billing — handled by our payment processor. We store your plan, its status, and their identifier for you. We never see or store your card number.
If you write to us — the name, email and message you put in the contact form, which reaches us as an email.
Basic technical data — aggregate page analytics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking, and server-side error reports when something breaks. Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit the contact form and is not kept.
To build and size your monthly drop, to run your account and subscription, to answer you when you get in touch, and to keep the service working and free of abuse.
We also use your likes and dismissals in aggregate to improve how curation works generally, not only for you.
A small set of service providers that run parts of this for us: authentication, database hosting, application hosting, payment processing, transactional email, error monitoring and privacy-preserving analytics. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
Retailers do not receive your profile. When you click through to buy, you arrive on their site as an ordinary visitor, and what happens there is covered by their privacy policy. Affiliate links may pass an identifier that tells us a purchase happened; it does not tell them who you are on our side.
We will also disclose data if the law requires it, or if the business is sold — in which case this policy travels with it.
For as long as you have an account, and for a period afterwards where we need it for tax, accounting or dispute records. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile and your reaction history.
You can see and change your profile at any time on your account pages, and cancel your plan from there too. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us or use the contact form.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your data. Ask and we will honour them.
We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
If this policy changes materially we will post the new version here with a new date, and tell subscribers.
Want your data, or want it gone? Get in touch. See also our Terms of Service.
